Booking completes your agreement to the policies shown here and any additional terms displayed for the selected Calendly event.
Payment is due when a reading is booked. Your appointment is reserved only after the scheduling and payment process is complete. Custom spellwork is quoted separately; scope, price, timing, and payment terms are confirmed before materials are purchased or work begins.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional changes, late cancellations, or missed appointments may require a new booking. Any appointment-specific cancellation or refund terms shown during checkout also apply.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late reduces the time available for the reading. Please choose a quiet, private place and allow a few minutes to settle before we begin.
Bring the number of questions appropriate for the reading you selected. Follow-up interpretation, additional questions, or a new situation require another appointment so the work receives proper time and attention.
Readings support spiritual reflection, personal insight, and discernment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or crisis guidance and should not replace qualified professional care or your own judgment.
Custom spellwork and candlework support intention and aligned action; outcomes are not guaranteed. Work intended to dominate, bind, coerce, punish, manipulate, or override another person's free will will not be accepted.
Please share only the information needed for your session. Booking and payment details are handled by the scheduling and payment providers under their own privacy terms. Personal reading content is treated with care and discretion.
Required booking terms
Kaincana Morgan is the spiritual and creative working name of Jennifer Pick. Tarot and Oracle readings, intuitive guidance, Reiki-informed energy work, spiritual reflection, ritual consultations, spellwork, candlework, and related services are offered for spiritual reflection, personal insight, creative exploration, and educational purposes.
These services do not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment and are not substitutes for advice or care from a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other qualified professional.
All interpretations and spiritual services are subjective. No prediction, result, healing, relationship change, financial result, timeline, or other specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, and the consequences of how you interpret or use information received through these services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Kaincana Morgan and Jennifer Pick from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or causes of action arising from your participation in, interpretation of, reliance upon, or use of these services, including claims involving ordinary negligence, emotional distress, financial loss, relationship decisions, employment decisions, or other personal consequences.
Neither Kaincana Morgan nor Jennifer Pick will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability connected with a service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability arising from gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or fraud.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and voluntarily agree to them.
